The challenge
Our platforms depended on foreign email providers: high dollar-denominated costs, support that did not understand the local market, and templates that mishandled Arabic. Worse, verification emails arrived late or landed in spam, and that hit the experience of a million users directly.
The challenge was never sending email. It was building a delivery system that protects domain reputation and handles every mailbox provider's policies, behind an API you can understand without reading dozens of pages.
Results
SNDR launched on 7 May 2026 after months of internal use across our platforms. Today it handles every transactional email for Jawlah and Asbghm and is used by developers and startups across the region.
